His main focus is combining design thinking and agile approaches in software development and he is currently working on modernizing the administration from the inside. He is passionate about the vision of making public sector digital services barrier-free and user-centered.

UI Development Lead at Nortal
Front-end developer with 17+ years of experience with a background in design. His focus is on design systems, UI libraries, frontend architecture, usability, and accessibility. Aleksandr is currently busy leading UI development capability at Nortal and developing user interfaces for several big governmental projects, including country-level design systems.
