Simon would like to stir up dust and bring about change in order to digitalize the administration. His main focus is combining design thinking and agile approaches in software development and he is currently working on modernizing the administration from the inside. He is passionate about the vision of making public sector digital services barrier-free and user-centered.

With deep industry experience in IT, financial services, real estate, smart cities, and consultancies, he has experience in taking products from 0-1, as well as continually improvement. To do this across so many industries, he has specialised in using design systems as a key enabler to deliver better, faster and smarter.

Throughout his career he has worked on many different projects both in public and private sector including Cyber Security, Healthcare, Finance and Retail. He always strives for excellence, at the same time keeping in mind that it is important to find a perfect balance between development, business and user needs. He has lots of experience in working with international teams including 6 months on-site in Seattle, USA.
Aleksandr Beliaev
UI Development Lead at Nortal
Front-end developer with 17+ years of experience with a background in design. His focus is on design systems, UI libraries, frontend architecture, usability, and accessibility. Aleksandr is currently busy leading UI development capability at Nortal and developing user interfaces for several big governmental projects, including country-level design systems.
