Tailored solutions for your unique needs

More efficient space utilization - achieving savings on fixed costs by increasing utilization rates and consolidating 

An organization needs premises in order to provide physical service delivery. With current practices, the utilization rates of office spaces often remain significantly low which creates costs in terms of excess space capacity and insufficient service production. Space resource management helps in reserving the right space for service delivery and the smooth functioning of a professional's work, as well as in organizing space reservations into a cohesive whole.  

Our solution integrates appointment data, optimizes room allocations based on factors like doctor movement, and seamlessly syncs results with Outlook calendars, using HL7 FHIR standard interfaces. The solution can be integrated with patient information systems, facility services, and other background systems. 

Personnel resource allocation planning – the cornerstone of efficient service delivery

In industries where service delivery requires professionals with a variety of different skills and qualifications, an unnecessary amount of time and effort is spent on planning. Processes can be fragmented, and manual, and rely on the specialized knowledge and expertise of individual people. We have co-developed with our customers a solution utilizing MS Power Platform and Azure platforms.  

The benefits of the solution lie in centralized data management, where everyone can see the information according to their user role needs. Shared information flows through the system from one stage of the process to the next, reducing manual work and errors combined with the usage of historical data used as a basis for plans and for developing operations.  

Process automation in an industrial environment

A manufacturing client suffered from a very manual, and therefore slow and error-prone, purchase order processing system which required manual conversion and data entry to an ERP system. To speed up and automate the process we did a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Proof of Concept (PoC) project to evaluate the compatibility of Microsoft Power Automate with Oracle EBS and assess the feasibility and benefits of automating our customer’s order creation process. 

Product marketing data management solution

One of our manufacturing customers had an outdated system that was burdensome to manage, with manual steps and slow adaptation to changes. We assisted in scoping, defining, and planning the replacement of this original solution, which was built on Mendix, with the goal of improving usability and reducing costs. We developed a Product Marketing Data Management solution to enrich and maintain product marketing data, including texts and typical product properties displayed on their website in an online material selection tool for end customers. The latest version, released in March 2024, was built on the Power Platform using Canvas App and Dataverse.

A future-focused sales and customer service concept and tools for building deeper customer relationships

Significant challenges can arise from a fragmented tool landscape and scattered customer-related data, leading to limited visibility into customer interactions. This disconnection complicates the management of these interactions and hinders the generation of accurate sales forecasts. Without a centralized system, leveraging customer insights becomes difficult, impeding effective customer management and strategic decision-making. 

Using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, we designed and implemented a modern, cloud-based CRM solution tailored to our customer's needs. This solution enabled a centralized view of all customer interactions, streamlined the sales and service processes, and provided a solid foundation for advanced customer management and sales forecasting capabilities.

Together with our customer 2M-IT, we have developed an agile solution for the booking and optimization of hospital reception rooms called the Space Resource Management solution. A suite of tools built on Microsoft’s low-code application Power Platform will help public administrations and services book and optimize the use of facilities. The key benefits of this solution include not only the automatic optimization of space and transparency of room reservations but also the ability to start forecasting and optimizing space for the future.
